We also have well-defined employee practices that protect the integrity of and access to our clients' information. At Fast Data Technology, we employ some of the most advanced technology to ensure the quality and accuracy of our information. We employ security techniques and well-defined employee practices to ensure that data is protected from unauthorized access and use. We hold our employees accountable for maintaining the privacy and integrity of our clients' information. Fast Data Technology provides ongoing training programs that are designed to keep our employees informed of our Privacy Principles. FastTracker Security Procedures and Privacy Principles: We pledge to never sell and or divulge individuals' information that is in our possession. We have an Internal Privacy Policy in place that has been signed by all Fast Data Technology employees that binds them to the implementation of the above stated policy. We provide a level of security that scrambles individual user identities so that Fast Data Technology employees, with the exception of Operations Security, do not have access to this type of customer information. The limited number of operations personnel that maintain customers' passwords are under a strict policy to not view this data unless requested by the customers authorized administrator. We have conducted extra diligence and security measures to ensure our clients' data is physically secured at our co-location facilities. We work closely with our customers to ensure that any unique security requirements are strictly enforced. We conduct internal and external audits to determine the effectiveness of our compliance with these Privacy Principles.
